The working principle of the fully automatic punching machine mainly relies on a hydraulic system or pneumatic system to provide power, which drives the punch to perform up-and-down reciprocating motion according to a preset program, thereby realizing the punching process of materials. Specifically, when the fully automatic punching machine starts working, the system will first adjust the position and speed of the punch according to the processing requirements, and then start the hydraulic system or pneumatic system to supply power. Driven by the power, the punch will quickly press down to punch the material. After the punching is completed, the punch will automatically return to its original position and wait for the next processing instruction. The entire process requires no manual intervention, realizing fully automated punching operations.
1. Clean the tablet compression chamber in a timely manner. After the spinning machine works continuously for several hours, the tablet compression chamber will be filled with fine material powder. If this fine powder adheres to the punch rods, punch rod holes and middle die holes, it will cause noise, inflexible rotation of punch rods, punch jamming, and even unstable tablet weight and other mechanical failures (such as punch rod breakage that damages the feeder). Therefore, the tablet compression chamber should be cleaned regularly during the operation of the spinning machine; it is recommended to do this at least once per shift.2. Conduct regular inspection and maintenance on easily wearable working parts. Easily wearable parts such as pressure rollers, guide rails, and tablet press punch dies should be inspected or lubricated for maintenance in a timely manner to ensure the preventive maintenance of the equipment.3. Purchase spare parts. A certain quantity of spare parts such as punch dies, middle die set screws, bridge plates, feeders, guide rail assemblies, upper and lower pressure rollers and their shafts should be purchased according to production conditions for emergency use.
